  Absolutely excellent service, very efficient. Recommend to all. Dr. Keane is great and knowledgeable. There is an assistant there named Alisa.... she is the joy of the world; she is incredible and full of sunshine. Excellent practice.

  I was referred to the Center by my dentist, Dr. Paul Lampl. And because of Dr. Lampl’s expertise, professionalism and caring about his patients, along with a knowledgeable and personable staff, I did not hesitate to go to LICOMS. The phrase ‘second opinion’ never entered my head. At the Center, I had a thorough consult with Dr. Keene, and Dr. Mizrahi performed the procedure the next day. Dr, Mizrahi explained to me everything that would happen and numbed me so I would not feel any discomfort. The staff, including Karen, Alyssa and Natasha, among others, was also very professional, informative and compassionate, and I was put completely at ease before, during and after the procedure. Everyone I came in contact with are much more than doctors and assistants— they are human beings who care.

  I had surgery with Dr. Keene in October and was totally satisfied with my experience. I had had a bad experience with another oral surgeon and was so nervous, but Dr. Keene and his staff put me totally at ease. The day of the surgery, I was sitting in the chair hysterical that I would be awake during the procedure. The staff assured me that I would be completely asleep and went over the procedure and that calmed my nerves. The surgery went well without any complications(other than me freaking out after the surgery that there was "serial killers" in my mouth [because I had had a bone graft]. Hello chatter gas - lol). I returned to the office twice for follow-ups and was completely put at ease that I was healing properly. I would definitely return to LICOMS for any further oral surgery needs(hopefully none!) and recommend them to other people.
