  Ms. Andrea taught my family and I how to use the simple ingredients in our fridge to make a meal and dessert in under 15 minutes. It was delicious and affordable. My boys had a great time making it. The next day my middle child said "mommy let's cook." He's been cooking since 🙂

  Wonderful experience for my young daughter and I! We had the pleasure of getting a lovely and insightful lesson from Andrea about nutrition during a visit to our local library, where we were about to cook and learn. Highly recommend Healthy Friendz Nutrition to others.

  We absolutely LOVED her program. Ms. Andrea Ramos ran a robust program for families and their children. The kids were actively engaged in the program and got to prepare and cook a meal that they enjoyed. The ingredients were healthy and fresh. The entire place smelled amazing. We had so many positive reviews about this program that we are booking her for our Summer program and beyond. Thank you Chef Ramos for a wonderful program and experience.

  I really love working with Andrea! I had been having pains in my stomach, in addition to concerns about maintaining my weight ,and she was able to help to address my concerns through my diet. My life has been pretty hectic, so each week she has given me recipes within a specific calorie range for my body weight. I am currently following a pescatarian diet ,and she has introduced me to meals and recipes that I have never tried before. I'm loving the variety! The meals are not only quick and easy for me to make but also filling and delicious! After eating, I also feel very light and am never sluggish.
  
  I am so thankful to be working with her and would recommend her to anyone!

  Andrea was fantastic to work with. She made everything about healthy eating easy. She worked with us to create a great tasting, nutritious meal plan catered to what we like to eat. We went the extra step and had her prepare the meals in our kitchen too. Overall a 5 star experience!
