  Joe and his team listed and sold my property for above market value. We had an accepted offer within 2 weeks. it may have even been less. Joe also paid my attorney fees at the closing which was amazing because as a first time selling my home I was not expecting that. Joe allowed me to remain a for sale by owner which was amazing. Joe was very knowledgeable with appraisals, current market values, mortgages, and construction. His team was very helpful every step of the way and was always 1 call away. This team has a great concept that I never heard of before and I will recommend their wonderful services to my family and friends.

  Joe went above and beyond to help us with our first home purchase. I can't say enough how complicated and stressful the entire process was But Joe made it easy to understand for my family. I would definitely give 5 stars for his negotiation & public dealing skills.

  Joseph Lombardo of Lombardo Homes & Estates is a very knowledgeable an experience broker who sold my property quickly for top dollar without any commission or obligation while I remainder for sale by owner.
  
  Mr. Lombardo has a way of charging the buyers the commission instead of me the seller and he saved me $27,000
  
  He even paid my attorney fees at closing.
  
  He did everything he promised and more and got me way over the market value for the property.
  
  Even resolved issues with the bank for the buyer that I had with open permits and no C/O’s for renovations I had made. I highly recommend him to sell your home for top dollar without any obligation.

  Let’s start by saying my home was sold faster than I could blink. With the hard work of Joe and his staff I couldn’t ask for anything to have gone differently. My attorney fees were paid for, I was able to remain for sale by owner, and most importantly I DIDNT HAVE TO pay any commission. If your looking to sell Joe is your guy

  I don't usually write reviews,
  Lombardo Homes & Estates sold my home for above market value in about 3 weeks time. The best part, I did not pay a commission.
  The Broker Joseph Lombardo allowed me to remain a 'for sale by owner'. I was asking $625,000 on Zillow before I gave Joe permission to market my home on his website for $659,000. Lombardo homes & Estates showed my home around 25 times before he secured a $650,000 offer which I accepted. Best part, Joe's commission was paid for by the buyer. I walked away with $625K.
  He was knowledgeable, professional, and a great negotiator in my corner.
  I highly recommend Mr. Lombardo and his company to sell your home! He saved me tens of thousands or dollars, and sold my home in record time.
