(July 31, 2022, 6:19 pm)I can Not believe all these bad reviews, I am moving Sept 1 and I am considering this complex. My good friend lives here and loves it here. I've stayed over many times and never smelt cigarettes or loud music. I agree with owner if washer doesn't work shouldn't you report to them so they can repair. These days everybody with there negative comments if you hate it there move out. Fairfield is renting 3000 a month..I could not imagine having one of these chronic complainers as my neighbor. Anyhow here is a nice comment from a hopefully soon to be tenant.
