They also have the ability to ship to the store for free if you want something that isn't in stock! I love this store!

(July 5, 2023, 8:47 pm)Ordered slippers online for my adult son. They came in two days of my online order thank you and he was very happy and satisfied with his moccasin slippers. I’m sure he’ll be wearing them for many years how old being a satisfaction guaranteed.

(April 10, 2023, 5:19 pm)The customer service from the salesperson on the floor was outstanding. She took us directly to the item that we were interested in buying. She was knowledgeable about the jacket, how it was made, how it fit, and the extras. The only area that certainly needed improved was trying to use a gift card at checkout. The card had been used at another LLB store, worked fine there and had enough left to purchase the jacket. It wouldn't work at the Evergreen LLB! And management was not called in, and we had to pay for it.

(February 1, 2023, 8:58 pm)A winter jacket i purchased less then a year ago from Bean was stolen last time i was at the gym and i really liked that jacket. I went there today and purchased a replacement. I mentioned to the cashier what had happened and she very graciously gave me a coupon for an instant $10 off the purchase of the coat. Having to purchase a replacement jacket so soon was a little painful until Julie did that. Thank You Very Much!

(December 20, 2022, 4:36 pm)Going to LLBean is always a good experience. I just wish that I had more money to get EVERYTHING that I want.
2 weeks before Christmas it was getting a little crowded, even at 12pm when we went.
I have been going there since they opened and will alway go back to see what's new.
