  We stayed at Live for Phillies game, and it was a perfect location being so close to the stadium. The only downside is we have our kids, which we're 19 and 8 years old, the could not get in the restaurants or bakery because it is inside the casino. I wish that they would at least allow guest to come in to eat at the restaurants, like Vegas. Overall, the bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet.

  I have left reviews before on my experience at live casino as I have gone there frequently with friends and family. Each experience while entirely different from the last, always seems to be a very positive outcome. The casino itself is very very clean, the employees are outstanding, very welcoming and attentive. The only thing that I can say has been a bit of a struggle is with their weight staff services with cocktail waitresses on the floor, there are not enough cocktail waitresses to meet the needs of the slot players. There are table games and poker room that I think they have regular staff that are sufficient but in the slot area where there’s a lot of individuals I have noticed in her complaints that the cocktail waitresses frequenting the customers enough customers, enough.

  It was really hard not to give 5 stars for our weekend visit. The hotel is about 2 years old. I'll just come right out and start with the bad...
  The hallways and elevators were very warm for July. Not being able to bring your kids into the food court from the non casino sidewalk entrance was extremely disappointing. I feel bad for single parents who don't feel comfortable leaving their kids in the room alone because you have no choice but to walk through the casino floor to get to the food court.
  Checked into the room, all the flat surfaces were dusty. Floor wasn't swept/vacuumed. In room safe was broken. TP holder in bathroom was loose on the wall. Mini fridge had a broken door hinge. There is only 1 hook in the entire bathroom. And you can't watch the local baseball, hockey, and basketball teams in the rooms. The local sports channel wasn't listed on the TV.
  The good...
  Awesome views from the high floors, no matter what side of the building you're on. But the west side is the best side. 😉 Super quiet and cold A/C. There is plenty of storage throughout the room. Super comfy mattress and pillows. The bathroom was spotless.
  The casino floor and the bathrooms were very clean. The food court was clean and had everything you could want, and all the food was cooked well and very tasty. There is plenty of security around to help you feel safe on the casino floor. The entire hotel/casino staff was amazing!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! The location is OUTSTANDING for the local pro teams and concerts. It's no more than a 5-minute walk to the furthest stadium. Or you can take the complimentary shuttle bus. We will definitely be going back to have another great time. Pics are from a high floor on the west side of the building.

  This was my first time at Live in Philly, and I think it was great! Free parking in the parking garage. There were actually servers walking around asking if people wanted drinks! ( this is extremely rare to see Atlantic City, where I usually go, so I was very impressed!) . I went late after a baseball game on Saturday night and there were a lot of people there, but there was still dozens of options for casino games to play! I pretty much walked around and got to play whatever I wanted to, on the spot (which is also very rare to happen at any of the casinos in Atlantic City)… so another pleasant surprise! The place was very clean. There was a lady walking around, pushing in the chairs and keeping the place tidy.. I didn’t see trash anywhere. The live band they had going was great! Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised with our first trip, and we will definitely be back in the future!
