(March 24, 2023, 11:38 am)Brittney is great. I’ve been going to her for awhile. She super nice, professional. I’ve done Botox which is practically painless. Also did my lips and they are not overdone and look really natural. She applies lidocaine topical cream on lips which totally helps for the pain. You do feel a little bit bearable. Place is always clean too.

The facility is so clean and they offer a wide variety of services. I felt comfortable from the time I walked in to the time I left and I can't wait to come back. I had my first Lutronic ultra laser treatment w Sarah. She made it such a positive first time experience and answered all of my questions confidently. I look forward to future treatments at LIV!

She always makes sure you are happy with your results from previous appointments and always explains what she is doing and the results you should expect to see even if you are repeating the same services as the last time. She wants to make sure you are satisfied. You never feel rushed through an appointment and the staff is so friendly when you arrive. It is always easy to make an appointment and they do their best to work around your schedule. I love coming here and I always know I will get exceptional service.
