(February 11, 2018, 8:38 pm)Prime Time Fitness has been a home away from home for me since high school. Eight years later and it’s still my place of refuge after a long day of work! I have never been in an environment as welcoming, supportive and judgement free while working out.
I’m a 24 year old woman and learned how to lift here. I have always felt celebrated and encouraged. People go out of their way to make sure EVERY person that walks in that door achieves their goals.
If you want to go to a gym and feel 100% at ease- this is the place. The owners treat everyone like family and know every single members’ name. I am confident you will reach your health and fitness goals here!
**There are classes for everyone and for every ability level! First time doing spin? No problem. The instructor came up to my bike personally and gave me a mini lesson before the class so I would feel comfortable.
Prime time is the gym to go to in the NF/Danbury area! -

(February 9, 2018, 3:19 pm)FULL REVIEW: I'm a 21 year old who moved down to Connecticut two years ago and have been into fitness since I was 18. I have been a member of multiple fitness clubs including the YMCA and I can honestly say that I have never felt more at home than I do when I'm at Prime Time Fitness. Great gym. They have all the fitness equipment you will need to create the best version of yourself. The owners Pat and Troy have established a hard working, friendly staff who are committed to what they do. There is a full plethora of fitness equipment, full bathrooms with lockers showers and saunas. They have personal trainers for all ages and run multiple kinds of fitness classes (Body Pump is one of them). They have yoga, spin classes, a boxing program which is becoming popular, and a day care program. They are opening a new room as well (not sure what is going in it). The best part of this gym is the variety of ways to get in shape that they provide, there is every option you can think of. Check out their website and stop by for a tour of the gym. The staff is always so friendly and they sincerely care about each and every one of their members. The gym environment is one of my favorite things about this place; everyone is friendly and supportive of one another. I think that the comarradare amongst all the gym goers is a tribute to the way the staff runs this place. If you’re looking for a judgment free environment to work out this is definitely it!

Its clean, the equipment is top shelf & kept in great working order, and the staff is very friendly & courteous. They gym is never overcrowded, and is large enough with enough equipment that you never have to wait on a machine. Highly recommend!!!

(January 26, 2017, 11:35 am)Prime time is a great gym to workout at in the New Fairfield, Sherman, and Danbury area. It is not over crowded so there is no wait to use machines and everyone who works there is super friendly. Clean and comfortable environment. They offer classes and personal training along with a nutrition plan to help you achieve your fitness goals!
