I've been with Link Fitness for over a year, now! This is the first time in my life that I've stuck with any kind of work-out program, this long. Link Fitness is more than a "program". It's a lifestyle. It's a family. It's fun! So much encouragement! So many incentives! Best of all, what Link Fitness does for us, is helps us be the best that we can be! I may not have known all the routines or the exercises but no fear, there was always someone with a hand out ready to help you work through it....seriously, you can't ask for more than that. Thank you Link Fitness for making me feel welcome and kicking my butt :-) see you next week!!!

I highly recommend Link Fitness to everyone, no matter your experience level. His classes are for everyone, all ages! Harlem is lucky to have him!
