  I’ve been so pleased with the care at JDT for my dad after a motor accident. The cleanliness is unmatched. As someone who has worked in healthcare for many years I’d recommend JDT to anyone who asked. Nurse Chrisie (krissy? Sorry not sure of the spelling ) has been especially helpful and willing to lend an ear or hand whenever needed.
  Upon arrival three girls also assisted my dad in getting him situated and comfortable and were all so professional and welcoming. Any time he uses his call button they are there in a timely fashion and always eager to help. I’ve appreciated every single person I’ve come in contact with. Thank you for giving me a great peace of mind.
  
  I was also impressed with the plan of care meeting and all of the staffs availabiliy to answer questions and be present. The organization has been outstanding.

  The place is beautiful! The staff is wonderful and very attentive to my aunt and her needs. I gave it four stars because my aunt really dislikes the food especially at dinner time, which is a problem because she is diabetic and has suffered a stroke! She undergoes vigorous physical therapy daily, so therefore she needs to eat three nutritious meals daily! Every time I visited her, she did not eat her dinner, which I do not blame her because it did not look appetizing at all!. She is not one to complain and feels bad to let anyone know about the food so she will compensate with any little snacks that she has on hand. That's unacceptable and needs to change! They need to invest in a decent chef. These patients should not have to rely on family members to bring them a decent meal on a daily basis.

  I have been visiting here since 2019, they have been wonderful and incredible during & after Covid. Dina at the front desk is always there to meet you with a great smile and so incredible helpful! The Recreation team has been great with visits and definitely should get all the recognition they deserve. Nurses are warm, compassionate and keep my up to date with any issues. Overall they are doing a great job taking care of their patients!

  I am a direct support professional/ private aid taking care of one patient in this facility. Since day 1, I already have a very good impression to this place. Each room has an information board with the list of Care Team and Plan of Care. The therapy time is also updated everyday so I knew ahead of time when to prepare my patient for therapy sessions. I felt the positive energy flowing in this place. The fresh air from the patio and the perfect ambiance of the healing garden provided extraordinary therapeutic sensations. I cannot tell everything in detail but one thing for sure, they hold a very strong slogan " We care and it shows" indeed brings my two thumbs up the highest!
