(March 28, 2022, 8:25 am)D2- Purchase a spray bottle 15 December 2020 for the headstone of my parents.... ENDED up doing, uncle, cousin, nephew, Grandparents, Great grandparents.... bought a gallon. Went back & re-sprayed Great-grandparents!
30 degrees.. . Sprayed some from the 1860's.
Amazing product, does EXACTLY what it claims.

(November 17, 2021, 11:01 am)The customer service is extremely good. I called many times with questions about masonry and mortar before I ever bought anything. The product itself (3.5 NHL mortar) was exactly what I needed, no complaints there.
The only potential drawback is the price compared to common mortar, which was considerable. I live in Oklahoma, so the shipping was very high. If I had just bought type N mortar from my local Lowes, it would’ve been about an 8th of the price, all things considered.
I didn’t feel like the person I talked to (hi Dan) at this company tried to pressure me into buying their mortar during any of my calls, and even helped me determine if I could’ve gotten away with using a modern mortar. I did enough of my own research and asked enough questions to conclude that my masonry required the use of lime based mortar. -

(August 31, 2021, 11:56 pm)I've made two online purchases through this location - to be fulfilled by me picking up the order. Clean, efficient online ordering. Informative product descriptions.
Both times, the staff at this location have been proactively responsive. The first occasion I had asked for a quick turn on the pick up, first thing the following morning, and they made it happen - seemingly effortlessly. The second time, the associate called me to confirm that my order was received and ready for pick up, and then made sure that her colleagues would be able to assist me upon arrival.
The people here seem to be friendly, customer-focused associates.
My only gripe is the hidden driveway on a 45 mph highway. I missed it the first time. It's also tricky to get out, and to see traffic from both directions, but especially from the left. Not a big deal, really - especially if that's the only gripe.
