  We were on a trip across the Eastern States and my check engine light came on. Not sure why so I stopped into this Harley dealer to have them take a quick look. At first, they said I had a sensor that seemed to be faulty and shouldn't be a problem. Then, they found that my lithium battery wouldn't hold a charge so thought that, if I replaced this, it would solve the sensor problem. They did change this out and the tech took it for a test drive. Once he returned, he dug even deeper and found that my water pump was not working at all and needed to be replaced. Tim, Service/Parts Manager(?) took extra time explaining to me what needed to be done. Unfortunately, they did not have the part for my bike. Tim called several dealers near by until he found one, on our route, that could help us out. He let them know we would be showing up later in the day and made sure they had the part. Even the sales manager helped to make us comfortable with out any pressure to look at other bikes. This dealer is "TOP NOTCH" and I recommend you stop by. Even if you don't need anything. Just let them know they are a great dealership and thank them for helping out traveling bikers. Thanks to everyone here for helping us out and getting us in and out in under 2 hours.

  Went to exchange some apparel tonight and was greeted immediately by Denae who was absolutely the nicest person. Helped me find the correct sizes I needed and quickly did the exchange. Was an absolute joy to talk with as she was very knowledgeable about everything. I will definitely be back as my father in law is a Harley man. Customer service done right!!

  Just bought a 2023 Road Glide from here. Sales men / women were Very Nice & knowledgeable about the whole buying experience. I was treated as a long time customer rather than a new one who had only been there for the first time. I had extra parts installed on the bike and the parts & service guys were fantastic also. Whole staff, including the finance guy was great. Would recommend them. 👌

  Again everyone from sales, finance, parts & accessories is still on their game and were a pleasure to work with!
  
  My purchase was very smooth and very quick. Kudos to all the staff.
  
  Pro tip : ask for JP or Bruce when you're ready to buy. They are amazing to work with.
  
  For parts, ask for Brian. He's a great guy.
