  Chrissie Biele is a very elite Therapist who uses many different techniques to help us get back to activity. This past May I did the Mount Everest Base Camp Trek and it was only possible because Chrissy fixed my heel spurs on both legs. I had gone to a PT place that partners the Famous Ivy League school in Philly which was an absolute waste of time. They treated me like I was either an invalid or a mere number and in fact asked me not to walk more than a mile when my profession is Tennis. Anyway with her all angle approach I was able to Trek 44 miles and reach 18000 ft in the Himalaya's.

  Dr. Trish at Light the Lamp Physical Therapy is fantastic at what she does. She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable about how the body works. I’ve had left hip pain for as long as I can remember. After a few sessions of dry needling and one-on-one Physical therapy I woke up today and for the first time in a while I wasn’t in pain. I highly recommend Dr. Trish for anyone who needs Physical Therapy or has chronic pain.

  Chrissy is a great combination of clinical knowledge and compassion. She has been working with me for various injuries that I have had over the years and I highly recommend her.   Chrissy is a phenomenal provider. After working with her for only a short time, I knew I had met someone who approached her patients the same way I do- with compassion, caring and genuine interest in seeing each person get back to what they love.   Chrissy is an extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled professional. She identified several sources of my issues and developed an effective treatment plan. Between dry needling, maneuvers and an exercise program, I have seen great improvement and resolution of my issues. Chrissy is able to take on complex problems and I highly recommend her without any hesitation. It is so obvious that she has such passion for what she does and compassion for those she treats.
