(June 27, 2023, 7:34 pm)Worked with them on an online sale. They reached out to me and notified that unfortunately the part had broken, and was unusable. They offered a replacement, but I declined due to my own circumstances. They quickly issued a refund and I am off to look for another. Although I did not end up with an item from them, I greatly appreciate their professionalism and desire to make the situation right.
