  I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Lenox Jewelers. Celebrating a Big wedding anniversary, I wanted to surprise my husband with a classic timepiece. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of Kyra and her colleagues, they managed to source a watch that seemed almost impossible to find. I am incredibly grateful for their ability to make my surprise a reality. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend them based on this remarkable experience.

  I recently moved to Fairfield and have had the pleasure of purchasing a few pieces for my wife at Lenox Jewelers. I've also had a watch serviced here. Katharine and team have gone above and beyond each time to make the process a breeze. So friendly and so welcoming! They are definitely my go-to jeweler and I look forward to doing future business with Lenox!

  Lenox is the absolute best jewelry store/Rolex authorized dealer around. I just picked up a brand new Rolex GMT-Master II from them, and the experience could not have been better. From the minute I walked in the door to register my interest, to the day I got the call to pick up the timepiece, they treated me like family. We have had several generations of family members purchase Rolex watches and jewelry from Lenox, and my purchase was the first from my generation. It certainly won’t be our last.
  
  Jake and Michael are both extremely knowledgeable and passionate about watches, and we always have great conversation every time I stop by. They were as excited to give me my watch as I was to receive it. It’s awesome to have a local, family-owned store like Lenox where the staff has a genuine love for what they are doing.

  My family and I have had the pleasure to have Michael and his team at Lenox Jewelers our only watch, and Jewelry shop for over 5 years. From watches, to fully customized Jewelry they always go above and beyond for us, with customer service, to product delivery. Entire staff treats us like family, from the second we walk in, and after our purchase with follow up calls to ensure we’re happy. I highly recommend visiting Lenox, so you can experience the level of customer care we do.

  I bought my very first Rolex at Lenox and let me say it was the best experience. Kenny is a rare person who is consultative, helpful and patient, I couldn't have asked for a better experience from any Rolex dealer. The store has a plethora of beautiful watches and jewelry to choose from. I am extremely lucky and blessed to have become friends with Kenny he was an absolute delight to talk to and helped me get the watch I wanted without a delay. You guys have gained a forever customer and I look forward to seeing you guys soon to continue adding watches to my collection.
