Angie is a top-notch wellness and nutrition consultant. She is informative, caring, empathetic, and provides excellent meal plans for real food choices. I’ve been working with Angie for over a decade, and she always helps me to meet or obtain my current goal based on my lifestyle. Not to mention, she’s such a doll. 10 starts out of 5!!!!!

Always fun and challenging classes! Yoga tone and Yoga circuit training are great to keep my mind in check! I love the atmosphere and company as well as Angie’s knowledge she shares on health and wellness!

LVYT is a great place to work out, with lots of support in a small group setting. Angie, the owner, offers a one hour head to toe workout that helped me drop inches fast! Fun and comfortable spot!!

Angie has gotten me to a new level. I became a couch potatoe after the pandemic until I started classes with Angie. I love her style. I feel better than I have in years.
