The coaches will break down every workout so you never feel lost. The gym is super clean and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a place to kickstart a fitness journey, Free Will is the place to do it!

Almost a full year in and my mobility & strength have grown so much. I’m thankful for these coaches and this community!

In my time I have gained confidence in myself and in all the coaches that they help me scale workouts appropriately for my level of ability without ever making me feel like I'm not getting the best workout I can!

(March 15, 2023, 8:04 pm)Great environment, with exceptional coaches who really care for each member's individual stage of development. The workouts are spot on no matter how grueling they may be... I'm a huge fan of group workouts; you're never enduring the "suck" alone. All of the members are really supportive of each other and great to be around. This is an excellent community I am grateful to have met and become a part of!
