  We recently spent a short weekend at this terrific location perched right on a dune in Surf City. This wasn't our first time staying here and we were pleased to see that the owner has continued to update the property. New since our last visit was a beautifully redone bathroom on the second floor. This is in addition to a recent update of the master bath. Even though we didn't have great weather we still had a wonderful weekend enjoying the sounds of the surf and the comforts of this well taken care of vacation home...if you are looking for a place to spend time with friends and family this is the place.
  
  Some notable amenities include: private parking for approx 6 cars, private walkway to the beach, modern updated bathrooms, fireplace, and a kitchen well stocked with nice cookware, as well as a convenient location which makes it possible to walk to restaurants and shopping!

  We had a wonderful stay at Joe's beach house . . and I should say 'home' as it is designed and equipped to feel more like a home on the beach. We loved the kitchen, reversed living, cleanliness, location, bedroom sizes and # of baths. Joe is a great owner/host and helped us through a few questions with ease and promptness. In some ways, we didn't want to leave the deck the view was great. Hope to see you next year, Joe!!

  Wow, this vacation was well needed and well deserved and we could not have picked a better place to have it. The cleaning that was done prior to us coming in was exceptional, due to Covid additional cleaning was completed and you could tell that anything was properly cleaned. I especially liked the additional disinfectioning that was completed on the house. Joe truly takes the renters concerns seriously and will do what is necessary to ensure the concerns are corrected. You can tell that he takes care of his property and puts alot of money back into the house.
  The owner Joe is beyond friendly, responsive and eager to answer any questions as quickly as possible. He was willing to allow us to see the house Prior to renting it. The house views were outstanding and the weather was perfect(69 to 78) all week, every thing you need to enjoy the week was there,,,,and the appliances were the best of the best(guilty --did not cook at all) but if I wanted to they were there. I truly felt like I was in my own home. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to rent, house, views and close to all restaurants and causeway is a plus but the most important is the owner and his personable ways!

  The view of the ocean is stunning from inside the house. I love the curve of the coast line. If you go, you better bring your binoculars, there is so much wildlife to see in ocean, it is amazing. This home is very clean and well maintained and there is plenty of room for you and your family to stretch out and relax and enjoy Jersey Shore living. I personally love the kitchen, it has so much counter space.

  The house is even prettier than pictured, right on the water, with stunning views. It's warm and cozy, with tons of space, a well-outfitted kitchen, and tons of beach supplies (floats, chairs, umbrellas). We'd never been to Surf City and it was the perfect place for a family trip with a toddler. We already booked again for next year.
