  I was recommended to Griswold by a few people I trust. They have been so fantastic. The aides are professional and kind to my mom. The office staff go out of their way to find coverage and are extremely compassionate. They respond quickly to my requests and concerns. Griswold is not about making money off of your loved ones. Something very rare as I have been investigating other agencies.If you know a caring and dependable individual send them to Griswold for a job! They need some more employees!

  My aide Monique goes above and beyond every time she comes to my home. She I s good at redeeming my mood. We laugh along. Best care giver I have ever had.

  I have worked for Griswold for the past few months, and I wish I would have applied years ago! With having lots of young children, the flexible hours are a must! Plus the office staff is so accommodating, kind, professional and all around AMAZING! Molly Katherine and Faith are some of the most genuine people I think I have ever met, they are always easy to reach, helpful if there is any issue, they treat all the clients with such respect, compassion and love. They make sure to offer me hours within my availability. They are always positive and patient and make me feel appreciated! I have been through many jobs in the last 15 years and I have never come across a company filled with so many amazing people! I literally wouldn't change a thing about this job if I could! I'm always hearing from the clients how amazing Molly Katherine and Faith are, they're truly improving the quality of life for not only the clients but for the staff as well! Absolutely love my job and I'm so grateful ❤️

  Griswold is the most wonderful home care service. Molly has been so wonderful and helpful in finding caregivers for my mother with Alzheimer’s. Their caregivers are very professional and knowledgeable. They are also caring and go above and beyond for their patients and families. If you are in need of services, look no further. I can’t recommend them enough.
