  My ratings are 10 out of 5. Mr. Walters is very professional and very kin on his work. Mr. Walters helped us in buying my first home specially seller was very tough to deal with. If he was not on our side, we were never able to buy this home. He fought for us whenever it was required and he also tackled situation calmly and efficiently when needed. Thank you Mr. Walters for everything.

  When I was searching for an attorney to help us with real estate closing, I left messages with a few attorneys. Mr. Walters returned my call that evening and explained to me the process and his reasonable fees. He did not rush me and listened and answered all my questions. I knew then that this was the attorney I want. Mr. Walters is professional, knowledgeable and have your best interest. He explains all the procedures and what your available options. He will respond to your emails and personally return your call. The settlement went smoothly and he explained all the documents and line by line items. I highly recommend his office and will not hesitate to use him again. Thank you Mr. Walters for looking after us!

  We hired Jeff to assist us with two real estate deals. In a time when it is difficult to find competent service, Jeff advocated for us not only with other parties in the deals but also with other professionals we had hired who either gave us improper advice or were not responsive to our questions. He invariably responded to our concerns in less than a day, and he was refreshingly forthcoming in telling us when we were wrong or off base in our judgment. He drafted a multitude of correspondence that, all in all, would have had to have taken him a significant amount of time, on fairly short notice. All this he did for a very reasonable flat rate (per deal), and this saved us substantially versus the usual hourly rate. We recommend Jeff without any reservations for anyone who needs assistance with a real estate deal in NJ.

  My wife and I hired Jeffrey to oversee our real estate closing in Cherry Hill, NJ. We were the buyers during the transaction. I have worked with several real estate lawyers in the past and Jeffrey was by far the best attorney we ever worked with. He is extremely attentive and ontop of everything. Jeffrey is a good, honest lawyer which is hard to find nowadays. He’s passionate about what he does. I felt like he was the one buying the home because of how involved and protective he was of our interests. I will gladly refer him out to anyone who needs a closing attorney . If you are in south jersey and need a solid real estate lawyer, Jeffrey should be the first attorney you contact .

  I hired Jeff to represent me as my attorney for purchasing a new Construction home from Ryan Homes. Jeff was superb from the very beginning and I highly recommend him. He started by reviewing our contract and made some proposed edits; after walking me through each of these edits, he sent them to Ryan Homes and worked directly with them to amend the contract. He paid for himself (and more) with these edits by amending certain areas of the contract to have the seller pay instead of the buyer. He was available constantly by email and phone as we went through the construction process and was very prompt in his responses. He helped me confirm the title company and provided me with his recommendations on companies and walked me through understanding the various intricacies of the process. Finally, on the day of closing Jeff gave me a thorough review of all the paperwork and walked me through each area that required my signature. I would happily hire him again and strongly recommend him for anyone purchasing a new construction home. He was an advocate for me throughout the process and a great person to have on my side.
