Dean from UBP has truly been a lifesaver. Nothing is worse than dealing with an insurance company yourself. Between getting claims approved, filing appeals, getting coverage for specialty medications.. I don’t know what I would have done without his 24/7 tireless help and support. His customer service, professionalism, empathy, kindness, and problem-solving remains unmatched. My family and I are so grateful. Couldn’t recommend enough!
