  I reached out to Mr. Tempio after finding him through google search and reading his google 5 star reviews. From my experience Mr. Tempio is truly a 5 star attorney. I sought his legal council in regards to a landlord tenant matter. Mr. Tempio was very informative and took his time to answer my questions. I felt at ease after receiving his legal council. I will definitely refer my friends and family and use his service in the future.

  Me and my wife were looking to buy a home in the early spring. We were working with a close friend who happened to be our real estate agent who referred us to Charles & Diana to handle the legal scope. As we got closer to making an offer on our first home we engaged with Diana to see if it was a great fit. Diana was responsive, polite, professional and has a ton of experience with handling negotiations and how to avoid potential pitfalls with real estate transactions. Sometimes working with sellers can be challenging and with us not having a lot of experience it was important that we worked with someone who was a subject matter expert in this space. We were able to bring a deal on the table that we felt comfortable with and Diana did an outstanding job helping us with the title insurance and closing process.
