Finding Lauren, after going to sooo many disappointing therapist's was like a breath of fresh air. I can not stress the depth of my despair at the time, which may sound overly dramatic, but is true none the less. I was lucky to find her. She helped me to understand so many things and how to work towards more positive outcomes.
I would highly recommend Ms. Goldstein to all ~ without hesitation.
Lauren is the best therapist and person to speak to. She listened, she understands and she does share insight or suggestions, as opposed to may others when I would be lost and say “what do I do”? There response was “what do you think you should do”? I would leave those sessions more confused and torn than before I arrived.
She is a human therapist who gets at where you need help and supports along the way. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
