They service what they sell, they stand behind what they sell and their staff gets the job done promptly and rarely needs to go back a second time. If a repair is going to be costly, they explain why it may be best to move on to a newer product, rather than do a repair on an older unit that may have further unrelated failures in the near future... but they leave the decision to the consumer. Their prices are fair, and their service is unbeatable.
From the moment I walked through the door, Jr. was a tremendous help. Not only did we discuss the best equipment options for my needs, but he also took the time out to just offer advice on other aspects of the services I offer to my customers. In the time we took to converse, I left there not only with a great piece of equipment, but also a better plan to make my service more profitable.In a day and age where customer service has taken a backseat to profit margins, it's a great feeling to know that we still have some old school players in the game.
