  I am from the South and in a nut shell, Lasher is big city smarts with small town etiquette
  
  Our building got a big fat "unsafe" stamp from a structural engineer, and man, it had problems left and right. The roof, the bricks, the steel inside the walls, you name it. So we started talkin' to contractors for all the different work, especially the roof. But lemme tell ya, it turned into a real mess. Every contractor we interviewed was like, "This has to be done before we can do our part," and it was a real headache. Honestly, none of them seemed to grasp the ins and outs of this kinda job. They were more geared toward houses, not big ol' condos like ours.
  
  But then, along comes Dale who had a way of delivering bad news that almost made you think it was good. And let me tell ya, it really helped soothe our owners' worries, once you open something like this up, you better of made sure you picked the right team.
  
  Turns out, another building where a friend of ours lived told us about Lasher. We didn't have high expectations, but right off the bat, we felt a difference. They were experts, not just in one part of the building, but in the whole shebang. They took their time to educate us on what this kinda project entails, and it gave us a sense of relief. We knew we had found a true professional.
  
  Honestly, if it weren't for Lasher, I personally think our building would've been condemned. They guided us through some of the most mind-boggling problems along the way. Our foundation went kaput, there was a condo that came close to fallin' down, and we had some mighty important beams go missing or rot away . But Lasher and his team navigated us through all that craziness like champs.
  
  Here's the cherry on top, folks. This company even helped us out financially during the project. They hooked us up with a grant company that specialized in historical restoration of income properties, and we got ourselves a sweet $40,000.00 grant. Can you believe it?
  
  We'll forever be grateful to Dale and his crew. They saved our building from the brink and restored it to its former glory.
  
  I will be the first to tell you, every owner in here is grateful for what Lasher did for us.

  Lasher helped us out big time- our board hired an engineer to investigate cracks that formed on our condos brick after an owner reported that mortar fell on their car from the building. This engineer highly recommended Lasher be a part of the investigation and Lasher waived their fee which was much appreciated. After the inspection report was issued it was determined that the wires that hold the brick on failed and the lentils needed to be replaced. Lasher immediately volunteered to attend a board meeting to explain what this meant and address concerns. I could really tell they had a lot of experience with condominiums. The price of the work was very hard to fund because of a recent assessment for a new pool and elevator, after some more meetings Lasher introduced us to a financing firm that Lasher works Lasher financed half of the project and the financing company did the rest at a very low interest rate. The project took about a month longer than expected but winter weather is unpredictable. Lasher worked with us so much in financing, scheduling and waived profit on change orders, anyone who has questions about Lasher or their work I am happy to talk about this whole process, this company will go so far above and beyond for you and their team is the same as the owner, everyone is so informative and accommodating, I am thoroughly impressed and look forward signing the payment plan checks to Lasher every month.
  
  I strongly suggest you talk to these guys if you are a condo with financing issues, we would have been lost without them. Feel free to email me for any specific questions.

  We were refereed to dale from an engineer, once we spoke to them we knew we found the right contractor. our project was a few beams that fell apart over the years that supported the lower level of our building. Once they came out for the estimate, they said the situation was urgent and within 2 hours a team of guys came to install temporary bracing under the building. It then took several weeks to get the permit which we understand was not their fault. The fix was installing new steel beams inside the old ones when everyone else said replace, the engineer was happy with that method and let Lasher proceed, because they gave us a creative solution their price was much lower then previous bids- the work is on going and besides weather delays we are extremely happy with the project and the knowledge of this contractor. If you are like us and do not know about structural work and big building construction call this company. They are large enough to give you piece of mind and small enough to call the owner directly when there is an issue. Anytime I asked for the owner to come out he met with me right away and I know I was just getting nervous and he was patient and understand and never made us feel like we were annoying them, like a lot of other contractors we worked with.
