  Fives Contracting did a fantastic job replacing the roof and gutters on my Medford Lakes, NJ home in May 2023. I suspected that I had hail damage from a major storm last year based on a significant number of the homes in my area displaying roofing contractor signs in their front yards all of a sudden. I contacted several of these roofing contractors but none were willing to give me a quote without knowing what amount my insurance would cover. Frankly, I did not feel comfortable with any of them. I then contacted a local company, Fives Contracting, and the owner, Austin Lemma, came out the following day. Austin performed a thorough inspection of my roof and gave me a detailed quote that I found to be very reasonable. At that point, I contacted my insurance company who sent an adjuster out within a few days. Austin was waiting for him on the roof when he arrived and was able to get my entire roof replacement covered by insurance. Austin provided me with the addresses of several homes in the area that he had recently worked on so that I could feel confident about my shingle color choice selection by seeing it in person. My roof was removed, repaired, and replaced all in one day and Austin personally oversaw his crew the entire time. I will definitely be using Fives Contracting again for future projects.

  We have worked with Austin at Fives twice in the last few months for a new roof and to repair damage caused by critters. Austin is very responsive, professional, and does great work! Highly recommend him and his team at Fives.

  Working with Fives Contracting to have my roof and gutters replaced, and in particular owner Austin Lemma, was a great experience from start to finish! Austin is very professional, knowledgeable about both the task at hand and with his products. He is responsive and delivers on his commitments. He worked with us on the scheduling of the job to fit our schedule and performed all work on time, and within his quoted price. His roofing and gutter crews are top notch. They are well experienced in this type of work and are very conscious and committed to the quality of the finished product. The cleanup of the property provided upon completion of the job was first rate. I highly recommend Autin and Fives Contracting for all of your roofing and construction needs.

  So we chose Fives Contracting for the a roof replacement on our home. Being a realtor I used a very trusted resource for this recommendation. Working with Austin was beyond a smooth experience. He explained exactly how everything was going to happen and walked us through the whole process. The day if the job he was the first person at the house and quickly got his team in motion. If there were any issues he brought me outside to go over them so there no surprises. The job was done right and cleaned up perfectly like nothing was ever done.

  Last year I had three contractors out to discuss replacing my roof, Austin was the only one who made me feel he actually cared to do a good job. I forgot to leave a review for that, but he just finished up my patio job and I'm not forgetting this time! Very pleased that I went with Fives and I recommend them to all my friends and family
