Wesley has helped me make so much progress with my fitness goals which is something that I have not been successful with on my own. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found a place that cares about me personally. I feel stronger and more confident. Overall, amazing trainer with an immaculate facility!!!

(June 14, 2022, 8:39 am)Wesley is a great personal trainer! He uses the first consultation to see what your training goals are and then tailors sessions to meet those needs. As a beginner, it has been great doing personal training sessions. I have learned a lot about how to use machines and how to target certain muscle groups. In 5 short months, I have seen positive changes in my body and I have gained a lot of strength. I also feel more comfortable training in the privacy of this gym. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and I’m so glad I found LaRoss Gym!
