(June 4, 2021, 3:29 pm)It makes a world of difference when the people answering the phones are knowledgeable about the trade they work for. I called Coppola first because they were in the same vicinity and had more reviews. However, the woman who answered either could not or did not offer me any direction even though I gave very specific details about my problem. All she could offer was to send a tech out for a fee. AND the tech NEVER called me anyway!
I had a completely different experience calling Lakeland. Patty, without hesitation, asked me very specific details about my problem and was (essentially) able to diagnose it over the phone. Lakeland is now on my speed dial so I know exactly who to call when I have septic issues. Thank you Patty!
