(June 6, 2023, 4:00 pm)A year after the installation of a new HVAC system, I felt that something was just not right. The house was hot, the system was running non stop and I blamed it on a heatwave. I felt like it just was not strong enough or big enough to work properly. I reached out to BSE and shared my frustration. They reached out, sent Lucas to look at things and he found the issue/repaired the issue immediately. My HVAC was pulling hot air from my attic since the install - just a missed hose connection. A year later these guys still called me back, sent a tech to check out the situation, fixed it and left with a handshake - no bill. If you ask me, companies show their true grit in the face of a problem. BSE came through for me and my family and we all truly appreciate Lucas and the team for the prompt help and thoughtfulness. Thank you guys!

(June 3, 2023, 2:24 pm)We had an emergency today with our water heater. I called and left a message and got a call back within 15 minutes. I explained what was happening and they had our usual service guy, he’s wonderful, here within 30 minutes. He cleaned up the water and everything was resolved. Our entire family has been using BSE for decades and will continue to use them.

(February 9, 2023, 11:21 am)Once again, BSE Mechanical exceeded expectations. This time it was for central air installation and baseboard replacement. Miguel and his crew were excellent. This was a significant project inside and outside of the house and they were all very considerate. Miguel also took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. They performed expert and high quality installations, and impeccable cleanup (They actually prevented any mess from happening in the first place from cutting into the ceilings. Very impressive.) Best price out of all other quotes. We WILL be calling on BSE for any future needs. Keep up the good work!

(December 22, 2022, 6:12 am)I recently used BSE for some work on my radiant heat and a boiler repair. They were top notch - honest, timely, and professional. Being new to a radiant heat system, Brian (who came out to do my estimate) and Steve and Andrew (who performed the work) were all more than willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future for any plumbing or heating needs that I have!
