(August 28, 2019, 2:17 pm)I wish I could give 10 stars - this lady is fabulous, she's good, she's patient, she's efficient and knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. During the test I scarcely feel as much as a pinprick and this is experience from more than a dozen tests.
RE LabCorp itself - I had a wrong fax number for a doctor, and when a staff member at the main office (or whatever office is responsible for sending results) got a wrong number error message, she PHONED the doctor to get the correct number !!!!!!! WOW! Incredible service. THANK YOU!!! -

(February 18, 2019, 4:14 pm)Giving blood is about the last thing on earth that i want to do. When i got there i had insurance issues and shirley got me through them...then got me calm enough to take the blood sample in 1 try (The ladies in the troy office poked me 4 times the last time i had to get blood drawn. Shirley was amazing, friendly and incredibly understanding. Give that lady a raise!
