(August 9, 2023, 10:07 am)We hired KPI2 to purchase and install all new windows on our Town House. After working with KPI2 for other projects, as well as being the primary contract for our HOA, we knew they would the ideal company. Their team showed up on time 3 days in a row to complete the install of new windows and a back door. They were professional and cleaned up completely (no nails hiding in the grass or crevices) after every day. They replaced any framing wood that may have been needed as well as ensured all siding was put back up correctly with the appropriate waterproofing (something that the original contracts of the house neglected to install). They go above and beyond to ensure they do the highest quality work possible and stand behind their work.

(August 30, 2017, 12:19 pm)KPI2 Recently replaced the roofs on five of our buildings. The entire experience was a positive one. The job was done and completed in a prompt and workmen like manner, the supervisors were excellent and worked with our homeowners to ensure a smooth job. From the Briana and the office staff to Wayne and Mike our Supervisors to Matt who sold us the job and John the owner, we could not have been treated better. They were always accessible to us and kept a neat and clean job site. We look forward to working with them in future.

(August 29, 2017, 12:46 pm)They started in the morning and by 4:30 pm they were cleaning up. Ripped off old roof, installed new GAF shingles, replaced four Velux skylights and added a vent stack for the kitchen. Six men did the job and cleaned up beautifully. They showed up as scheduled (weather permitting). Gone through some torrential rains and winds and all is good.
Bryan and Beata were great to work with.
