  We reached out to Kay Home Improvement to help fix issues left unresolved by another contractor. They were a breath of fresh air - responsive, started work quickly, did great quality work, and went above and beyond. Greg was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. While this was a relatively small project so far, they answered all of our questions, made suggestions where it was helpful, and were reasonably priced. I'd recommend Kay to anyone local in need of work. We are already in the process of planning our next project with them!

  We hired Kay Home Improvements to remodel our hall bath. From start to finish Greg Kay was there to help. Greg was the best contractor we have ever hired to do a job for us. His crew was always on time, wasted no time getting the job finished, and cleaned up after the work was completed. The finished bath remodel was perfect. Not a single complaint. Greg and his crew knew that the work needed to be done in a timely fashion because my wife was going to have knee surgery. I must add that the bedroom ceiling needed to be fixed. This was in addition to the bath remodel. Both jobs were completed on time. When the job(s) were completed the bedroom was completely cleaned by Greg's crew. The room was spotless.

  Kay Home Improvement led by Greg and his team were extremely professional and they were prompt and did phenomenal work. We are extremely satisfied and happy with his work. We will have him do more work and upgrades to our home in the very near future. We have used them for 3 projects already and they are excellent.

  Greg Kay and his team provided professional, creative, skilled and superior workmanship. Greg delivered final renovations results that far exceeded expectations. Greg worked on numerous different projects both interior and exterior for 3 years now, the team is always clean, friendly, and always on budget with no hidden charges I highly recommend and can’t wait to start the new deck!
