Switched to this clinic recently and I have to say, the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Anyone complaining about this place has never been to a real bad clinic. I came in to dose at 6:30 and I was literally the only one there and was in and out in five minutes, try that at ANY clinic in New Haven lmbo 🤣. Overall my experience so far has been amazing and I'm looking forward to using this clinic.
The people that are associated with this center are some of the nicest, most caring individuals I have met. I was very fortunate to have been directed to them through a friend. They have helped me conquer my use with compassion and dignity....hats off to them for caring so much!!
overall has been great. it is as serious as you are to being healthy and clean. the seasoned staff is excellent. if you dont like your consular, ask for another, as for me i enjoyed speaking to most of the staff. i will also add KTC is much better in most regards to another treatment center in BPT.
Look. As long as you're serious about at least starting to take the right path, going here or anywhere else is a good decision. The councilors here are very nice but they're only gonna be as involved as you are. Probably the best thing about this place is the hours. No matter what your schedule is you'll be able to come here.
