Dan and his team were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate and professional. I strongly recommend Kinnelon Physical Therapy. There’s nowhere else I would go. I blew my back out doing landscaping work, I could barely walk at times. The exercises Kinnelon Physical Therapy taught me had me cured in 1 month!
Now I know about "spinal tracking", what not to do, and better yet, what to do when having to do that type of physical activity.
