(July 11, 2023, 9:54 pm)We had a sump pump that failed during a storm and left a few inches of water in our basement. I called the Polite Plumber and they had someone at my house within an hour of me calling. George was awesome at explaining the issue and resolution. He also installed new outlet pipes which were not correct on our previous pump. George had everything completed the same day. I will call them first for any future plumbing issues.

(June 16, 2023, 8:58 am)This is our second time using The Polite Plumber. The first was for a clogged sink. Zach took care of it quickly and professionally. The second time was for a leaky water heater. I left a message with the answering service at 6 pm on a Tuesday and they were there by 10 am Wednesday morning. James was super kind and friendly. He immediately diagnosed the issue and had a replacement water heater installed by 2 pm. I highly recommend the Polite Plumber for their responsiveness and professionalism!

(May 30, 2023, 9:19 am)A fantastic company to work with start to finish. Had an extensive list of things we needed to get done. They were able to come out that day and go over everything. We had an estimate in hand shortly after and and on the schedule for later that week. The techs James and Kyle were super informative about every step of every process and kept the place nice and clean. The ladies in the front office were extremely kind and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this company or its employees and would certainly recommend them for any of the services they provide

(May 16, 2023, 1:32 pm)Called Polite Plumber as they were the company that replaced my hot water heater in 2019. The company is very polite, quick and responsive. The technician was to my home within the timeframe given me. He tested the water heater after asking me questions, and explained what he was going to replace and the costs. I was shown the parts when the job was completed and was glad I went with the recommended replacements we had discussed saving myself the additional monies down the road. I am also glad I had spent the money years ago on a better hot water heater with a longer warranty. Yes, I trust Polite Plumber to handle my plumbing needs and will continue to work with them in the future.😃
