Love this place and everyone there, but...how they handle insurance for PT is different than every other place I've been.
Example: I just had surgery on my knee I'm allowed 4 weeks of PT automatically, so they would give me 3xs a week for 4 weeks, but if I missed any or I started a week later I would have less. Where at other places I get 4 weeks worth when ever I start!
I called after surgery to make an appointment and I told them at least 5 times I just had surgery and they called back and said they had no record of anything even though everything was sent twice.
