I love my title lady, Lynda Setar (& Malinda her partner in crime). First of all, she cares. I have called her in the middle of a crazy closing day tears in my eyes and she has helped in every way she can. She walked me through the ins and outs of my first transaction when I didn't know better and was first starting out in real estate.
⭐️My clients love her because she takes the transaction as soon as they go under contract. It drives me NUTS when title companies sit and wait after a file has been submitted and don't reach out until the end, assigning an officer last minute.
⭐️ She's personal. She calls, texts, or emails. She gives them a gift at closing. She runs a sideshow at the closing table. She's soft spoken and easy to understand (considering 1000 pages of documents).
⭐️ She sends a preliminary fee sheet to the buyers agent AND the sellers agent right away. I don't understand how title companies only ask listing agent for their #'s and don't have a form.
⭐️ Actual title issues are addressed within the 1st week of receiving the order- not the day before closing like I have experienced with other title companies.
And lastly, ⭐️ She makes it happen. She has bent over backwards to accomodate closing times and changes when she truly did not have to.
Melinda has been on top of everything from day one. I'm closing on two houses on the same day one here in Pa and one in Florida. I've been stressed out for over a month now. Keystone has taken a great deal of pressure off my shoulders. Thank you Melinda for everything

Keystone Premier doesn’t get enough credit! They are a hardworking, professional, knowledgeable and easy going company. I use them with all my buyers and if my buyers every have any questions they are very quick to respond with an answer. Communication is great and they just started giving out some gifts to clients. Which is amazingly awesome! I highly recommend this company to do the title search/ closing on your new home.
