  Kevin helped my husband and I buy our house after 9 years of paying rent to someone else. He was very thoughtful and honest every step of the way. He reviewed some of the houses we liked before setting up showings and was able to help us not waste time on places that would not be a good fit for us and our kids. Kevin is knowledgeable and shares that knowledge willingly to clients. We are so very grateful for his help with our home. It’s been almost a year since we signed and wouldn’t change anything about the process.

  Kevin was most helpful in selling our home and finding us a new one. His knowledge of Real Estate is complete and his watchful eye pointed out some facets of some of the houses we viewed was helpful in making the right choice for us. Kevin is also one of the nicest people I know and I highly recommend him.

  Kevin reached out to us when our house did not sell with another realtor and our house went off market. We hired Kevin the following spring to sell our home. He was very honest yet kind. Gently led us down the right path of pricing fairly and our home sold in a week. He was super professional and very knowledgeable. We liked Kevin so much we had him find our current home too. And it was it was in his own neighborhood ! We have enjoyed working with Kevin, his honesty and caring nature really goes a long way.

  A few years back, Kevin helped me look for houses in the area to buy. He worked hard, set up appointments and gave me a lot of great advice. Kevin spent a lot of time and really worked hard to set up several house viewings, when I lived out of state at the time. Eventually, I changed my decision to look for places to rent. I felt so bad for wasting Kevin’s time. Regardless, he gladly wanted to help me find places to rent. Most real estate agents would have probably been so mad at someone who did that, but Kevin never showed any anger or frustration with me. Once I found the ideal place, he helped me coordinate everything with a second real estate agency and the owner. I’ve been living at the same place for three years, and love it. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone seeking to buy a home.

  We have worked with Kevin Harris twice in the past few years. First in the fall of 2020 to sell our home, and currently we are working together again, as we sell a family home. In both events, Kevin has taken the time to explain details of current market conditions, pricing and requirements. We received multiple offers on both properties and after each of these homes went on the market, thanks to Kevin's incredible work. He brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase the homes online, which created more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. With our home in 2020, Kevin worked diligently to keep the transaction moving along and arriving at the closing in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, calm and kind. We are currently working through the closing process of a family home. Kevin has been a terrific help navigating us through the selling process and how it might be different as an estate. He has been amazing and constantly available to find answers to my many questions. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him.
