  This is the best Jamaican soul food restaurant you've never heard of. You don't go in to sit down and eat and enjoy the atmosphere; you go in and experience the wonderful woman that is Laverne and her food. She's the only person I've eaten Jamaican food from in the past year and she deserves to be recognized. If you're in the area, drop by and tell her I sent you :)

  The curry chicken, oxtail and rice and peas are all authentic and delicious. This is quite possibly the best Jamaican food in town.

  Believe me the best Caribbean food in Waterbury. I stopped buying food all together until I found this place been three years and counting

  Let’s just say I cant stop going food is delicious
  So far I had the jerk chicken, curry goat and rice and peas, stew peas, dumplings, oxtails and a few soups
