  My boyfriend bought me a diamond cross and the chain was to small. We went back in to buy another chain and a month after we bought it, it broke. Then went back in and with no issues they gave me a full refund and I bought another chain. I need to mention that the chains were sterling silver. 2 months later the new chain broke. We went back in and again with no issues they gave us a full refund. We bought a white gold chain and a bracelet for our granddaughter. The whole moral to this story was that any time we had a problem they took care of it with NO issues. This was the Kay's in the meriden ct store. From the day we walked in to this store everyone was very helpful and great customer service....

  Went to Michael’s jewelry in the meridian mall to make a last minute purchase. I was asked for identification just to see a ring .I immediately went to Kay’s and Met Manny and Ivanny. They walked me through the process and made buying this special stone seamless. Great attitudes and positive energy which is very important to me. I’m glad I stopped in. Looking forward to presenting my engagement ring to the love of my life.

  I'm getting married on Saturday, her birthday is tomorrow and she's becoming a step mom the day before mother's day. I needed the perfect gift. Adrianna asked the right questions to point me in the right direction. She wasn't pushy, and even when I said I was going to look at the other jewelry store she didn't try to talk me into anything. When I came back she greeted me with a smile and helped me decide between 2 items I really liked. She even stopped me from looking at other things so I could focus on the one I already knew I liked.

  When I lost my center stone Diamond in my 30 year old engagement ring I didn’t know what I wanted to do and the team at this Kay’s was extremely patient with me while I looked at many options and finally picked out a new Diamond for my setting. They did an amazing job and I’m sooo happy!
