  Exceptional!!!! Frank was not only incredibly personable, and charming but understood the sentimental value of my necklace. Fixed it in 2 days time where other jewelers take a week or so. Will only consider Dynasty Jewelry for my future needs.

  Nice quiet place, beautiful selection. Frank is extremely helpful kind and is a craft professional. It was a great experience. I bought a engagement and a wedding ring for my future fiancé at a really great price compared to what I would have paid at some of the other places for lesser quality diamonds too.   Had my engagement ring fixed and polished along with my wedding band and after 20 years they are sparkling like new!!

  I had a small watch repair issue and found Dynasty online. The shop is very nice and the people are fantastic. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. While waiting for my repair, I walked around and loved the quality of what I found in the various display cases. I will definitely return when I have more time to properly review the nice jewelry items I saw there today.
  
  Good attitude toward the customer. A lady was getting a battery replaced in her watch. The owner asked, "Do you have a battery card?" She said, "No." He immediately gave her one saying, "Normally, batteries cost $X but with this card you only pay $Y . . . Here you go and you only owe $Y today." Talk about taking care of the customer! I was impressed and look forward to returning to this local "gem" of a jewelry store in Berlin, CT
