She is the prime example of what a PCP should be. I wish there were more doctors like her so everyone could get the quality care that I get with her. I am a complex patient with significant medical trauma, and I am so grateful to be a patient of Dr. Jarrell.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jarrell at the Oxbow. Everyone in the office was super pleasant to work with, the office was clean and inviting, and I was seen very promptly. As another health professional, I felt like they were very knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to listen to me. Also, they are a very queer positive office, which I really appreciate.
I woke up on a Friday morning before a long weekend and called the office to try and get an appointment. Dr. Jarrell was able to see me that afternoon, which allowed me to avoid having to go to an urgent care center or wait through the weekend in discomfort. She is an amazing doctor - very down to earth, smart, knowledgeable, listens, and does not rush (even at the end of a long week before a holiday weekend). I have recommended her to several friends looking for a better primary care partner.
Dr. Jarrell actually listens to you and takes her time with each appointment. She doesn’t keep you waiting like most of my precious doctors which I really appreciate. She explains things well and every experience with her had been great so far.
She was on maternity leave not too long ago which reminded me how awesome she really is.
