  Kalani is absolutely THE BEST! He is so knowledgeable and really wants to help you get the home of your dreams. He is very responsive and will not push you into a bad deal.   I had a complicated purchasing situation, which when communicated to Kalani rather than turning me away or brushing me off he did the exact opposite and started working immediately to figure out how to accommodate my situation. This first impression was impressive, and the service continued throughout my home build process in now that I'm moving in he continues to follow up and through on any questions I have. He is always available for questions and information, and is beyond easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use him in the future and would highly recommend him for a home purchase.

  I was off and on looking to purchase my first home for the last 14 months and dealt with Kalani the entire time. He provided the best experience I could have asked for. Sat down with me and walked me through the home buying process, explaining different financing options and helping me narrow down my needs and wants list. After becoming serious about purchasing a home asap he showed me 12+ houses that we walked through, and he finally helped me lock in the house that checked ALL my boxes in this crazy market. All the while keeping my expectations in check and being patient and attentive with me through the process. I would absolutely recommend Kalani to anyone in need of a friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive realtor that gets the job done!
