  We used Megan from CT Property Sisters for the recent purchase of our condo. Here are a couple of reasons I loved working with her:
  1. She is a very cool person, like - just easy going - easy to talk to and always gives the real deal. It really helps when you work with someone that you actually like. Megan makes this part look easy.
  2. She is thorough - there was not one thing during the process that she missed or didn't get back to us on. Literally spot on with everything
  3. She is flexible. She never made us feel like a burden when we had to change plans for showings or
  4. She is knowledgeable - There is so much that goes into the buying process and Megan explained everything to us thoroughly and never made us feel bad about asking the basic questions.
  5. She is easy to communicate with. We texted each other - a lot - and that's how I like to communicate when coordinating showings. That being said, she was ALWAYS available for a phone call if it was too much to text.
  6. She has a great network of lenders and lawyers - the ones she referred to us were just as awesome as she was.
  Overall the buying process was actually enjoyable and fun working with Megan and her team. That is a great feat especially with how crazy the market has been lately. We laughed a lot on our house hunting adventures over the course of the 1.5-ish years that she worked with us and it really just felt like we were doing the dang thing with a bunch of friends (who were extremely knowledgeable and professional). We will be referring CT Property Sisters to anyone and everyone in the area that we know are buying and selling.

  I worked with Mikell for a number of months while searching for a condo. The realtor I worked with before her did not communicate very well and rarely made time to show me any properties. When I switched to working with Mikell at CT Property Sisters, the change was immediately apparent. We began seeing condos at a breakneck pace. Mikell was quick to respond to my texts and even quicker to schedule times to go see newly listed properties. I finally found a condo, and when I did, Mikell made it apparent that she was so very, very happy to have finally reached that point with me. It will feel strange not seeing any new condos with her anymore, but we finally made it :)

  Mikell was great outgoing funny and very helpful . She took the time to really understand our needs and found the perfect spot for us. With the market being so tough she helped me with the anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. I really appreciated her responsiveness and flexibility for show times. She went above and beyond to find our forever home. Very knowledgeable about the community, which was super helpful.

  Megan is the absolute best! My husband and I were first time home buyers and had many questions. Megan was very responsive and knowledgeable, and the process of went much smoother than we anticipated. I highly recommend them as realtors.

  We worked with Mikell of the CTProperty Sisters and felt very confident with her advice on the entire process. We actually bought our condo remotely with Mikell giving us a tour via FaceTime as we live out of state. We just closed and could not believe how easy it was. Mikell was in constant contact with our needed documents. She had great contacts for lawyers and inspectors. We highly recommend the CTProperty Sisters.
