  Had a wonderful dining experience at “K&J’s Kitchen” in Forest City, PA. The cozy atmosphere with local artwork created a unique vibe. I enjoyed a delicious Turkey Reuben and pierogis. A mix-up with my order was quickly resolved, and the staff’s gracious response was greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a friendly spot with great food, give “K&J’s Kitchen” a visit.

  Dined here today, 06/24/23, with five adults and one toddler. What the restaurant lacks in theme and décor it makes up for in the food and service. We ordered a wide variety of entrees, including a tuna melt, chicken parm hoagie, chef's salad, mozzarella sticks, quesadilla, and a full breakfast with 2 ginormous pancakes, eggs, toast and sausage patties. Everything that was ordered was delicious and the serving sizes were more than enough. Our server was especially nice to my wife and toddler, getting my toddler her own water in a to-go cup when she noticed my daughter was upset that she did not get a beverage like everyone else; and, adding an additional mozzarella stick to my wife's plate after learning my wife is expecting with another bun in the oven. The little things go a long way. Aside from all the positives shared above, the only gripe I have is the wait time for our food (40 minutes). We were okay with this, though, as we all had a lot of chatting and catching up to do as a group. We would certainly dine here again. I don't remember our server's name, but she did a great job. Ohhh, one last thing: they gave our toddler a huge bag of crayons and 4 full coloring books to use while we waited for our food. Amazing.

  I found this little gem looking for a bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by the old diner feel I loved so much with me being a Jersey girl. The staff was so nice and thoughtful as I was having a bad day. I ordered a breakfast plate, eggs, home fries with onion, pork roll, hello jersey, and rye toast. It was heaven on a plate. The fried potatoes reminded me of my nan's. The pork roll was thinly sliced and perfect. I will be going back. Highly recommend.

  Delicious food with great selection of meals, decent prices, great family environment with fantastic service, also much needed delivery service available as well. We will definitely be adding this wonderful restaurant in our family outings. Thank you guys so much for bringing your vibe into our small town.

  Best food service in this small town, hands down! Personable and friendly service with a smile.
  
  Can't wait to go back and try more of their food.
  They seem to be very accommodating to preferences if it's something they have and have the ability to make.
