  I bought Sthil hedger couple of years back from them and then chain saw over a year ago. They explained me all the workings of the same in detail. This year, i was not able to start the hedger and chain saw, they helped me fix the problem and explained the flooding problem and how to over come the same. They did not charge me anything. I would highly recommend this place as they are very honest and ready to explain with out any hurry.

  Excellent service. I brought in three Stihl machines for service. Carly was awesome. She quickly tagged my items and said she would call with estimates and they should be ready in about 2 weeks. A few days later she called with estimates. Carly was so honest, she explained that two machines were worth fixing if I wanted to repair and the third was not, because it was almost the same price to buy a new machine. She never tried to sell me a new one. I thought that was nice of her not to push a sale. 10 days after I dropped off the machines the two were fixed. I picked them up and the 20 year old machines, worked like new. Many that to the entire team at K C! When I need a new machine or for my next repair, I’ll use K C.

  I highly recommend the fine folks at KC Service. Carly was a pleasure to speak with and Gene generously took the time to help me get a stubborn Poulan gas blower that wasn't starting, running properly. I truly appreciate it Gene! I will be returning here for all of my lawn care repair and maintenance needs...Good people!
