  Brought in my 2017 BMW F30 340i after some transmission failure. They rebuilt the trans. Jeff and Cary got my car back on the road in no time ! Car is shifting smooth like butter! No complaints here, excellent service!

  I had used k & b over 4 years ago on another vehicle which was serviced to my total satisfaction. They have since moved from Floral Park to a new location in College Point, Queens which is much larger and gives them the opportunity to handle a greater number of customers in a timely manner with expanded service capabilities. I also have an older Hyundai Sonata that was throwing multiple codes that was misdiagnosed by another facility that told me my transmission was shot. I went to see Jeff & Cary and they did extensive diagnosis and confirmed it was NOT the transmission. They addressed my immediate sensor problem(s) and I also needed additional overdue preventative maintenance/service work
  ( suspension , electrical, oil/filters , multiple fluids, etc.) which they took care of most professionally.
  They also gave me a ride home. It’s well worth the trip to College Point/Malba.
  I have nothing but positive accolades about the work they and their professional staff performed.
  They are true professionals and regular contributors on the AutoLab radio program which is a call-in program that helps listeners with their automotive problems.
  I can without reservation give them a 5 star
  rating.

  K & B Transmission (operated by Jeff & Karey)is the best auto repair shop I have ever had the experience of visiting to have my car repaired. I own a 2008 BMW X5 and have determined that K&B transmission service is even better than BMW service. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of high tech work they perform on your vehicle.
  
  I would recommend all customers who owns a BMW to visit K&B transmission in College Point Queens. You will not regret it. Jeff and Karey tells you the truth about needed repairs to your vehicle. They do not try to scam you like some places try to do to a steady flow of customers.
  
  K&B transmission in College Point does not need to scam customers. They have dozens of City contracts to help pay their bills.
  
  I have visited numerous shops including BMW. I have owned a Lexus, a Mercedes-Benz and now a BMW X5. I'm telling you from my experience this is the best auto repair shop I have ever encountered and have had the pleasure of delivering my car for service.
  
  The company also provides drop off and pick up services for their customers. I am impressed. Moses.

  Jeff and Cary were super helpful and informative when I brought my car here for a second opinion. They thoroughly looked at the vehicle and researched the issues extensively. They even reached out to the dealership's service center with their findings and tried to see what they can do for me. Very professional, nice guys. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is having any type of transmission issue.

  K&B Transmissions INC. conducts business with the highest integrity and honesty. We experienced transmission trouble with our 2010 Nissan Maxima, and Infiniti of Lynbrook, turned us away because they were new owners and didn't honor any guarantees from previous dealership. By the next day our car was no longer moving and were concerned of the cost of replacing the transmission. I randomly searched transmission shops and K&B had the best reviews, so we drove there and explained our car trouble. After explaining the noise, Bob stated he believes it's our transmission and it he would need to tow the car there. He than took the extra step and called Nissan, gave them our Vin# and we had a full warranty on our transmission. Unfortunately, we had to go to Nissan and they couldn't benefit from the warranty. So the only way to repay K&B Transmission is with 5 star rated review. Thank you!
