JS Self-Care, where do I begin? You have been such an inspiration to me this past year. Our conversations/sessions have helped me tremendously. Your constant motivation and dedication to not just listening to my problems but also guiding me in the right direction to first face my problems, process them, then allow me the space I need to properly solve my own issues (w/o me even realizing it) has helped me develop coping and healing skills that I carry with me daily. I believe our sessions help because they don't seem forced or like I'm being judged, they feel like I'm talking to my best friend or family member, which makes it easier to open up to you.
