We moved to the area recently and were very pleased to find Horizon Family Health. We've been to the office and also telemedicine appointments. Very pleased. Nice to be in a medical care facility that isn't big corporate. Feels like the local Dr office of days gone by...more personal.
I really love this medical facility. I see NP Stephanie Feeley and she is amazing. I left Crystal Run Healthcare because I had so much malpractice on me there, that had I not gotten second opinions elsewhere, would have turned into permanent injuries/disabilities. It was very frustrating. Coming to Horizon has been a breath of fresh air. No longer do I feel like just a dollar sign when I walk into my doctor's office. Everyone there is kind a welcoming. Stephanie really listens to what is wrong and provides treatment accordingly and promptly. I would recommend Horizon Family Medical to anyone. You get that old school feel of an actual practice that cares about their patient and not just a corporation that cares only about the bottom line. I'll never go back to Crystal Run Healthcare. Thanks to Horizon for making me feel like a patient and not a customer! It means a lot when it's your health.
Totally agree that Stephanie is so kind, and has good judgment. I was experiencing stomach pain/nausea and went in to see her. She advised me to go to the er as she thought it was my gallbladder, and sure enough I had to have emergency surgery to get my gallbladder removed.
My doctor's office for the last 26 years. Stephanie is very compassionate and knowledgeable. The office staff is also very helpful.
Doctor Stephanie Feely, the best doctor. With compassion and care, she does listen to every single concern that I might have and try to find the way to solve them. Not like other doctors in other places, they always say everything is fine without even listen to you. Just take a pill and have rest 🙄🙄🙄
