(September 19, 2019, 12:35 pm)The technician was precise and friendly and helpful. The treatment was done quickly and completely. I am very satisfied with the results and hopefully will continue to be satisfied in the future, meaning the complete eradication of my cave crickets and carpenter ants.

(June 18, 2019, 10:34 am)I found a bed bug and immediately freaked out I called them at 2 am and spoke to someone who said no appts were available but he would expedite my request... the next morning I got a call around 8 am I was crying hysterically and they calmed me down saying don’t worry we’ll take care of it we promise ....someone was over by 1pm to inspect and was extremely honest with me and my treatment options...told me I didn’t need heat treatment, chemical was fine but ultimately up to me. I had another company inspect as well but ultimately chose Viking bc of how honest they were with me. They didn’t push the more expensive treatment and promised additional inspection/treatment if needed. I ended up going with heat anyway , more for peace of mind. I called on a Monday and house was treated on Thursday. The technician was nice and explained everything I needed to know. I got a report via email after telling me what they found, which confirmed initial inspection of contained to one room and minute amount. They even applied mattress covers for me that I bought. Happy to say I can finally sleep again! Thank you!!!!
